These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Dilmah Travel & Tourism OPC Pvt Ltd website and any services booked through us. By making an enquiry or booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. About Us

Dilmah Travel & Tourism OPC Pvt Ltd (referred to as "Dilmah Travel", "we", "us" or "our") is a Kerala-based travel company offering curated domestic and international tour packages, transportation, accommodation and related travel services.

2. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance/deposit and a written confirmation from Dilmah Travel via email or WhatsApp. All rates quoted are subject to availability and may change until the booking is confirmed with full or partial payment. It is the traveler’s responsibility to verify all details — names, dates, ID information — exactly as they appear on the booking documents

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise and are inclusive of applicable taxes at the time of booking. Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit card or approved online gateways. Any additional taxes, fuel surcharges or government-imposed levies introduced after booking will be payable by the traveler.

4. Passport, Visa & Travel Documents

Ensuring a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity beyond the return date), visas, permits, vaccinations and travel insurance is the sole responsibility of the traveler. Dilmah Travel will assist with documentation but cannot be held responsible for visa rejections or denied boarding.

5. Changes To Itinerary

Itineraries may be modified due to weather, government advisories, transport delays, force majeure or the traveler’s own request. Dilmah Travel will make every reasonable effort to provide equivalent alternatives but is not liable for costs arising from such changes.

6. Traveler Conduct

Travelers are expected to comply with local laws, customs and the reasonable instructions of Dilmah Travel representatives, hotels, airlines and transport providers. Dilmah Travel reserves the right to terminate services without refund if a traveler’s behavior endangers others or damages property.

7. Limitation Of Liability

Dilmah Travel acts only as an intermediary between the traveler and third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, transport operators, etc.). We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay or additional expense arising from acts or omissions of these third parties or from events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Intellectual Property

All text, images, logos and design on this website are the property of Dilmah Travel or their respective owners and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of a booking with Dilmah Travel shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kochi, Kerala.
